AllLotto.com has archieved data for most games as far back as April of 1998. Unfortunately, some game archives are less complete. Our archive page will say if there aren't any results for a particular month or game.

No, federal law prevents sale of lottery tickets across state lines. While it would be legal for a state to sell to it's own residents online, it is not currently happening.

If you live within the state where you wish to buy tickets, you might be able to. Virginia, for example sells subscriptions, via the US Mail, to residents of the state. Unfortunately, federal law prevents selling lottery tickets across state lines. So, if you want tickets from an out of state lottery, you must visit that state to buy the tickets.
